June 2010 News Festiva's Main Street Inn & Spa continues to rack up awards from local publications as well as international travel resources. We are proud to have once again been voted the Best B&B in the area by the Island Packet's Readers Choice Awards for 2010, and to have received the Fodor's Choice Award designation for the third year in a row! February/March 2010 Hilton Head Island News & Events February kicks off the 25th annual Hilton Head Wine & Food Festival with events happening throughout the island during February and March.
